Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of Program Management & Strategic Operations to lead a team of Program Managers supporting Global and US Cell Therapy Medical Affairs. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated plans, ensure disciplined execution, and drive governance across the medical organization.

Success requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong business operations, planning, governance, and PM skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including exec presentations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑matrix execution.
• Experience with portfolio management, business planning and organizational effectiveness.
