Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, WW Medical for the Multiple Myeloma Cell Therapy pipeline to shape strategy across early and late development stages. Formación

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD)
• 6–8 years of pharma industry experience in Medical Affairs and multiple myeloma
• Experience within complex, matrixed WW organizations; ability to influence without authority
• Strategic thinking with clear recommendations for leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication, including engagement with thought leaders
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (15–20% est.)

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic medical affairs plans across the MM cell therapy pipeline
• Represent MM Cell Therapy strategy at global and local levels
• Collaborate with market access, marketing, and clinical development teams
• Engage with thought leaders and advisory boards to shape treatment paradigm
• Oversee publication planning, abstracts, and congress strategies
• Develop external communications and strategic partnerships across markets
• Refine integrated evidence plans and review ISR/CRC trials and HEOR analyses
• Provide scientific/medical expertise across the matrix
