Bristol Myers Squibble is seeking a Director of Analytical Science and Technology Cell Therapy Critical Reagent to lead the global critical reagent program across the Cell Therapy network. You will oversee strategy, governance, lifecycle management, testing oversight, and supply continuity for GMP QC operations, working with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory and External Partners.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; MS/PhD preferred.
• 12+ years in biotech/pharma cell therapy or biologics manufacturing.
• 6+ years leading scientific/technical/operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute network strategy for critical reagents across Cell Therapy manufacturing.
• Establish standards for qualification, monitoring, lifecycle management, and replacement of reagents.
• Lead governance for critical reagent supplier qualification and risk assessments.
• Drive network harmonization of reagent specs, testing, and performance programs.
• Support new manufacturing technologies and product launches; assess emerging reagent platforms.
