Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA (and other sites) seeks a Director, ASAT Systems and Technology Sciences to provide strategic leadership for Cell Therapy laboratory systems, digital technologies, and data platforms across the global manufacturing network. You will shape long-term technology strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of GMP laboratory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, information systems, or related discipline; MS or PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant biotechnology/pharma experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience leading network-scale lab systems and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and roadmap for lab systems and digital capabilities.
• Align technology investments with regulatory and operational needs.
• Lead cross-site, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Ensure inspection readiness and data integrity.
