Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks a Director of Construction Services to lead and grow a CEI program in Virginia.

You will oversee delivery of roadway and bridge construction projects, ensure compliance with VDOT standards, and strengthen relationships with transportation agencies and municipalities. Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading CEI services for public-sector transportation projects.
• Significant experience with VDOT roadway and bridge construction.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a construction services program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a Virginia construction services program with long-term growth.
• Oversee delivery of CEI services for VDOT and local municipalities.
• Provide executive oversight of roadway and bridge projects per standards, schedules, budgets, quality.
• Serve as trusted partner to VDOT and public-sector clients.
• Lead, mentor, and grow construction management staff in Virginia.
• Support business development through pursuits, proposals, and planning.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align operations with goals.
