Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale transportation projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Established relationships with transportation agencies and public-sector clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for transportation planning, roadway, highway, bridge, and multi-modal infrastructure projects.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop transportation engineering staff and project managers.
• Expand relationships with ODOT, counties, municipalities, and regional agencies.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, presentations, and pursuit strategies.
