Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business/merchandising/math or related field.
7–10 years in Merchandising or Supply Chain.
5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Translate merchandising strategies into catalog coverage with 100% fitment and interchange for relevant vehicles, vendors, and parts.
Develop SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability of catalog operations.
Define annual budgets for Pro and Field requests and monitor ROI.
Lead vendor accountability for complete data quality and performance metrics.
Enhance catalog searchability and findability through improved interfaces and data governance.
Provide support for catalog-related tickets and inventory analyses for localized execution.
Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of the catalog team.
