Job summary

FCP Euro Inc. is seeking a Digital Catalog Operations Associate to maintain our catalog quality and directly influence how customers find, evaluate, and purchase parts for their vehicles.

You will bridge raw vendor data with a seamless front-end experience, ensuring attributes, taxonomy, and descriptions meet ACES and PIES standards. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling high-SKU digital catalogs in eCommerce, retail, or automotive.
• Familiarity with ACES/PIES data standards.
• Ability to audit, enrich, and validate product metadata, attributes, and taxonomy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enrich, and validate product metadata and taxonomy.
• Manage catalog maintenance routines: SKU creation, vendor updates, supersessions, and lead-time tracking.
• Resolve data anomalies andバック orders via cross-team collaboration (JIRA, Zendesk, Monday.com).
• Enhance searchability and image workflows to improve content usability across the platform.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve data workflows using key performance metrics.
