Job summary

Omega Environmental Technologies in Irving, TX is seeking a Catalog Specialist to manage catalog data for one or more brands. You will work with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to map data via a PIM (Evocat) to ACES/PIES, maintain digital assets with a DAM (Visual SKUs), and prepare data for catalogs and websites.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong problem-solving in data-centric tasks and timely delivery to customers and distributors.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AutoCare data sets and how they relate to cataloging.
  • Experience delivering catalogs to traditional retailers and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain/create catalog content to distribute ACES/PIES/Images to customer base using a PIM software solution (Evocat).
  • Produce data sets to update internal websites, digital application data, and printed catalogs.
  • Maintain digital assets using a DAM (Visual SKUs) and distribute to all required channels.
  • Utilize third party websites and software to complete recurring data related tasks.
  • Research application holes, missing coverage reports, and interchanges providing application updates.
  • Convert application data provided by internal resources to AutoCare standards.
  • Manage customer, competitor, and intercompany interchanges.
  • Provide management and sales team with application, part, and attribute data upon request.
  • Use reporting to provide insight for the R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Work directly with sales and customer service ensuring data concerns are addressed.
  • Interact with internal catalog team to accomplish company goals in timeline provided.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite, Business Central, Evocat, and Visual SKUs to collect and map data required for catalogs.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Catalog and Marketing, the Catalog Specialist is required to complete automotive catalog related duties. The role is asked to work with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to maintain the catalog data for one or multiple brands under Omega Holdings. Required use of a PIM to map year, make, model specific data to produce and distribute ACES and PIES data sets. They interact directly with customers, sales, and marketing teams to solve complex problems related to application data, digital assets, and large data transfers.
