Job summary

Slate Automotive LLC is seeking a detail‑driven Service Parts Catalog Specialist to own attribution, validation, and lifecycle control of catalog data. You will apply AutoCare PIES standards, decide naming based on category and OEM specs, and ensure records meet completeness and accuracy before publication.

You will gate parts into the online catalog, monitor data health, and collaborate with engineering, service, and e‑commerce teams to maintain high‑quality, searchable parts information.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Automotive Technology, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in automotive parts data management, catalog operations, or similar in OEM/Tier 1/distributor environments.
• Deep knowledge of automotive systems across platforms to identify and name parts without engineering oversight.
• Experience with AutoCare Association PIES standards and data elements.

Responsibilities

• Receive handoffs from engineering and finalize attribution for catalog.
• Audit records for completeness and accuracy against attribution standards.
• Identify and resolve data gaps, conflicts, or outdated attributes.
