Minnwest Bank in Eagan, MN seeks a Director of Cash Management Services to lead the strategic development and sale of cash management products for business clients. The role drives client retention, new business, and fee income through robust team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires deep cash management/treasury expertise, strong sales acumen, and ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk control.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree.
• 7 years of direct Cash Management experience
• 3 years of progressive leadership/management experience
• Sales leadership and business development skills
• Cash Management/treasury expertise including product knowledge, commercial deposits, ACH & Payments, merchant services
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cash Management Services team with strategic direction, performance management, coaching, and professional development to drive sales and service excellence
• Partner with Business Bankers and Market Presidents to develop and execute sales strategies that drive deposit growth, increase fee income, strengthen client relationships, and support business development objectives
• Oversee the development and delivery of cash management solutions tailored to customer needs, including cash flow optimization, liquidity management, fraud prevention, payment processing and deposit management
• Establish and monitor sales goals, pricing strategies, profitability and team performance to support revenue growth, customers retention, and competitive market positioning
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance cash management products, services, and technology while providing training and education to bankers and clients to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and risk management standards while representing Minnwest Bank through community involvement, industry relationships and business development activities
