Job summary

Serrato Corporation in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Educational Programs Director to supervise instructors, ensure curriculum aligns with standards, and collaborate with the Career Technical Education Manager to deliver applied academics.

You will direct the high school diploma program at the campus, oversee budget and resources, conduct regular evaluations, and maintain student records while promoting professional development and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience.
• Certified to teach in state; valid drivers license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff in delivering academic training and ensures programs meet DOL and Program requirements.
• Trains, assigns, and supervises the academic program, with monthly observations and performance reviews.
• Prepares and controls budget in cooperation with the Career Development Director.
• Maintains proper records on students' progress and attendance.
• Sets monthly production expectations for instructors and tracks attainment.
• Holds regular staff meetings and coordinates advisory councils.
