The position oversees career services technology platforms, data reporting, and strategic partnerships with employers to expand internship and employment opportunities for students across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Requires nine years of related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience.
• Progressively responsible experience in career services, employer relations, or higher education.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for employer engagement, experiential learning, and career outcomes.
• Direct cross-functional teams and align initiatives with institutional goals.
• Develop and assess employer partnerships and engagement strategies for internships and employment.
• Oversee career services technology platforms, data practices, and posting standards.
• Collect, analyze, and report student employment and internship outcomes.
• Collaborate with Institutional Research and campus partners to ensure data integrity.
