Job summary

Swooped is seeking a Director of Business Operations to drive strategic execution and operational cadence across Care Operations. This fully remote, US-based role guides a team of analysts and PMs, translating high-level strategy into scalable systems that support care delivery and experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations or consulting within healthcare or high-growth environments, strong SQL and data analytics skills, and a track record of building cross-functional processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, consulting, PM in healthcare/high-growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing analysts/PMs and driving performance.
• Experience leading end-to-end strategic PM, process improvement, change initiatives.
• Experience writing and using SQL to query datasets for insights.
• Ability to design scalable processes across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets for operational models and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic planning and operational cadence for Care Operations.
• Lead analysts and PMs, providing management and development.
• Design initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient experience.
• Analyze data to identify trends and translate into action plans.
• Partner with leaders to standardize processes and change management.
• Create tracking frameworks and dashboards for accountability.
• Develop scalable infrastructure and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
