Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director–level Clinical Pharmacologist with cardiovascular and metabolic disease expertise to lead Model-Informed Drug Development across the full development lifecycle. This role sits within CPMS R&I and CPQM, reporting to RIIRU, and partners with biology, data science, clinical teams, and AI/ML initiatives.

You will design MIDD strategies, ensure regulatory-ready evidence, and build cross-functional collaborations while advancing publication leadership and regulatory dialogue.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or PharmD with strong pharmacology background.
• 5+ years of pharma industry experience in clinical pharmacology and MIDD.
• Experience applying pharmacometrics to drug development questions.

Responsibilities

• Design & execute Model Informed Drug Development strategies across the lifecycle.
• Draft and review regulatory content to support timely approvals and labeling.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with CPQM and other teams.
• Lead external engagement, publications, and scientific leadership in MIDD.
