Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a strategic leader to establish and optimize Cardiology compensation and quota across divisions. You will design end-to-end plans, govern pay programs, and drive analytics, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, HR and Legal.

Reporting to the VP of Cardiology Sales Strategy, you will lead the Compensation and Quota Center of Excellence, shaping incentives, territory planning and workforce alignment to support commercial growth and talent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
At least 10 years' experience in sales compensation or related functions.
Experience designing and implementing variable incentive plans and quota strategies.
Experience managing compensation governance, financial controls, plan administration and compliance processes.
Experience leading people managers and teams across compensation or related functions.
MBA or another advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead variable compensation and quota strategy aligned with commercial priorities and AOP.
Oversee end-to-end compensation plan design, implementation, payment accuracy and evaluation.
Oversee VIC plan design including pay mix, payout curves and accelerators.
Establish quota-setting methodologies and territory allocation models.
Oversee territory design, sales alignment and workforce planning.
Maintain governance frameworks, including methodology integrity and financial controls.
