Boston Scientific in Minnesota seeks a Director, Cardiology Compensation and Quota, to lead the Compensation and Quota Center of Excellence, shaping variable compensation, quota strategy, territory planning and analytics. This role drives governance and alignment with business priorities to support growth and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance and Sales to design, implement and optimize compensation programs, ensuring accurate payouts and timely field communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in sales compensation, quota setting, sales operations, finance or total rewards.
• Experience leading people managers and teams across compensation, quota or related commercial functions.
• Experience designing and implementing variable incentive compensation plans, sales compensation methodologies, quota-setting strategies and territory planning.
• Experience managing compensation governance, financial controls, plan administration and compliance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Cardiology's variable compensation and quota strategy aligned with AOP and financial objectives.
• Own end-to-end compensation plan design, implementation and payout accuracy.
• Oversee VIC plan design including pay mix, payout curves and bonuses.
• Set quota methodologies and territory design to support market opportunities.
• Governance framework with approvals, controls and compliance across functions.
• Communicate plans, manage changes and resolve field inquiries.
• Partner on analytics, forecasting and IT systems to improve data integrity.
