Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Director of Cardiology Compensation and Quota to lead performance expectations and reward results across Cardiology. Reporting to the VP of Cardiology Sales Strategy, you will oversee the Compensation and Quota Center of Excellence, driving governance, analytics and systems improvements.

This hybrid Minnesota role partners with Finance, HR and Legal to ensure compliant, market-competitive plans that support growth and talent retention, while strengthening field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in sales compensation, quota setting, sales operations, finance or total rewards within a complex commercial organization.
• Experience leading people managers and teams across compensation, quota or related commercial functions.
• Experience designing and implementing variable incentive compensation plans, sales compensation methodologies, quota-setting strategies and territory planning.
• Experience managing compensation governance, financial controls, plan administration and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cardiology's variable compensation and quota strategy, aligning incentive plans with priorities and financial objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end compensation and quota accountability from strategy to payment accuracy and evaluation.
• Oversee compensation plan design, payout curves and special incentive programs.
