You will lead engineering teams building high-performance, customer-facing digital applications across web and mobile channels, with emphasis on scalable card programs and secure, resilient services.

You\'ll partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to set roadmaps, oversee delivery, and drive engineering excellence in a complex multi-product environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in product management and/or technology with agile and coaching expertise.
• Hands-on software engineering experience in APIs and consumer-facing applications.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and architectural patterns such as microservices and serverless.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and technical direction across PM, Eng, and Design teams.
• Drive backlog planning with product partners and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Oversee delivery and engineering standards across multiple products.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring and team development.
