Job summary

MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead capital project delivery within the Delivery Department in New York. This role oversees staff, contractors, and agency partners to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project execution in a busy metropolitan environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in project management, and at least 5 years in management of大型 construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• At least 5 years in management of construction programs/projects or supervisory role in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital project delivery across multiple business units within C&D Delivery Department.
• Monitor project status, mitigate risk and resolve issues; advise senior management.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, consultants and operating agencies; ensure safety and quality.
• Develop project plans, scope, schedules and budgets; review invoices and costs.
