Job summary

0101 Coca-Cola North America seeks a Senior Director of Liquid Processing & Capital Projects Engineering to lead strategy and execution across a network of facilities. You will drive complex capital projects, from concept through startup, coordinating cross-functional teams while ensuring safety, quality, and performance.

With 10+ years in engineering leadership in regulated manufacturing, you will manage budgets, governance, and stakeholder alignment, traveling 70–80% to support critical phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering and capital project experience, including leadership of processing and blending projects in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-scope capital projects from concept through commissioning and handoff.
• Advanced project management capability including scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, risk, change control, procurement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Deep technical knowledge of liquid processing and blending systems and ability to evaluate system design, performance, and interfaces.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across multiple sites or a distributed network.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial project analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and influence investment decisions across the network.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills under schedule and operational pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Travel 70–80% including extended presence at sites during critical phases.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-year strategies for liquid processing, blending, utilities, and related capabilities across the network.
• Lead large, complex capital projects with multiple scopes and disciplines.
• Own full project lifecycle from business case to handoff and startup.
• Develop and control scope, estimates, budgets, cash flow, schedules, and risk registers.
• Provide technical leadership for processing and blending systems, including sanitary design and CIP.
• Lead concurrent projects across a dispersed network, balancing priorities and execution risk.
• Develop technical specs, P&IDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Safety, R&D, and Procurement.
