Job summary

Circle is a leading internet financial platform advancing a global digital economy through USDC, payments, and blockchain infrastructure. The role focuses on driving USDC adoption in capital markets, engaging with dealers, and ensuring regulatory-aligned implementations.

The successful candidate brings 12+ years in traditional markets, with deep repo and derivatives exposure, and a track record of high-stakes C-level negotiations, regulatory coordination, and strategic deal-making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of traditional capital markets experience, with repo or derivatives exposure.
• Strong understanding of dealer funding models and regulatory capital.
• Experience negotiating high-impact strategic deals at a C-level.
• Familiarity with margin frameworks, netting, segregation, rehypothecation, and liquidity requirements.
• Knowledge of generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and tri‑party agents.
• Coordinate pilots from design through live execution with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk to align USDC integrations with derivatives market regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on how USDC can deliver capital, liquidity, and operational benefits.
