Job summary

Circle is seeking a capital markets specialist to drive USDC adoption across the repo and derivative ecosystem. You will engage with dealers, coordinate pilots from design to live execution, and align workflows with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include regulatory alignment, risk mitigation, and advising leadership on how USDC can improve capital efficiency and liquidity. This hands-on role requires deep market knowledge and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive capital markets experience with repo/derivatives concepts.
• Experience negotiating high-impact deals at C-level.
• Familiarity with margining, netting and liquidity needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with dealers and market infrastructure to drive USDC adoption.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk to align integrations with regulations.
• Advise leadership on capital, liquidity, and operational benefits.
• Provide internal expertise on repo markets and derivatives market structure.
