Job summary

Circle, a leading internet financial platform, seeks a capital markets specialist to drive USDC adoption across repo and dealer ecosystems. Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets, you will operate at the intersection of market structure, regulation, and product execution.

The role requires 12+ years in capital markets, deep repo and derivatives experience, and a track record of negotiating strategic deals with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in traditional capital markets with exposure to repo markets, derivatives margining, or collateral management.
• Strong understanding of dealer funding models, balance‑sheet constraints, and regulatory capital considerations.
• Familiarity with margin frameworks, netting, segregation, rehypothecation, and liquidity requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high‑impact strategic deals at a C‑level audience.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and tri‑party agents.
• Drive pilots from design through live execution in coordination with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure USDC integrations align with derivatives and market regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on where USDC can deliver meaningful capital, liquidity, and operational benefits.
