Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a senior leader with extensive Capital Markets experience to oversee data governance and data quality across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk and Finance. Qualifications

• Senior management in Capital Markets with strong knowledge of Sales & Trading and end-to-end trade lifecycle across asset classes.
• Deep understanding of how markets data is created, processed, and consumed across Front Office, Middle Office and regulatory reporting.
• Proven leadership in Data Governance and Data Quality, establishing ownership, definitions, controls, and lineage.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex data issues by root-cause analyses and cross-team remediation.
• Experience partnering with Technology to translate needs into data and platform requirements for trading, risk, and reporting.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across business and technology to implement governance and drive change.
