Job summary

Phaxis supports a rapidly growing financial firm seeking a Data Stewardship leader with senior management experience in Capital Markets. The role requires strong knowledge of Sales & Trading and end-to-end trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures and Derivatives.

As the strategic lead and SME for the Markets Data Domain, you will shape vision and strategy for key platforms, drive governance, and ensure business objectives and stakeholder expectations are met across Front Office

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management (Director/ED) across capital markets.
• 3+ years in data quality and data management.
• Deep understanding of markets products and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Experience supporting Front Office and Operations.
• Knowledge of governance, metadata management, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategies into actionable data management plans for Markets Domain.
• Lead data initiatives by defining business cases and prioritizing projects.
• Establish and maintain processes aligned with Enterprise Data Policy for Markets data.
• Oversee access and provisioning of Markets data and ensure governance across domains.
• Drive governance and stewardship activities across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures and Derivatives.
