Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field from an accredited University.
• 5+ years of experience working in an ACOS COC Approved Cancer Program.
• Certified Tumor Registrar credential issued by the National Cancer Registrars Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Oncology Data Center and Cancer Registry program.
• Supervises the Oncology Data System to ensure quality cancer care and compliance with ACOS COC standards.
• Interprets data requests, prepares routine and special cancer statistics reports for Medical Staff and Administration.
• Manages budgeting processes, including financial variance analysis and annual budget planning.
• Collaborates with JPS Health Network Cancer Committee and Quality Management on patient care evaluation studies.
