Job summary

You will partner with the Global C2C4C program lead to shape messaging, governance, and execution across internal and external channels, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and patient-focused storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, program management, public relations, or related fields.
• Strong writing and storytelling capabilities across formats and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate C2C4C strategic priorities into integrated communications plans and timelines.
• Coordinate across Corporate Affairs, market teams, agencies, partners, and stakeholders to align communications with program planning.
• Manage multi‑million dollar program budget planning and vendor/agency coordination for communications activities.
• Develop global messaging strategy and narratives for C2C4C and create global toolkits for storytelling at scale.
• Lead internal and external communications across U.S. and global markets, connecting storytelling to program priorities.
