Solidigm seeks a Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation to accelerate Global Operations by driving enterprise-scale initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Commercial teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operations, consulting, supply chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading managers and high-performing teams.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and driving organizational change.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify & prioritise opportunities to improve scalability, agility, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and govern complex programs spanning multiple functions, regions, and executive stakeholders to improve operational performance, supply chain resilience and business results.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to prioritize investments based on strategic impact.
• Ensure business processes evolve to support future growth and increasing organizational complexity. Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and process simplification which enable data-driven decision making.
• Promote enterprise adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization including business architects, analysts, transformation leaders, and capability experts.
