Responsibilities

• Define strategy for the business operations of the Americas region and drive alignment.
• Lead operating rhythms, reviews, and governance to ensure accountability.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics and Revenue Operations for execution.
• Manage budgets and headcount, monitor OKRs, and translate insights into action.
• Support executive leadership with data-informed planning and strategic initiatives.
