BASIC PURPOSE:

The Director of Business Development is responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of new and expansion opportunities with clients seeking Contingent services. This senior, customer-facing executive role involves engaging with C-suite representatives of hospital systems and internal team leaders. The Director will drive growth through RFP participation, introducing our services to existing clients, and engaging directly with buyers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Grow the Search business client portfolio in revenue and profitability.
  • Develop presentation materials and pitch decks for internal use.
  • Create digital marketing content such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, and reference materials.
  • Collaborate with finance on pricing and profitability models.
  • Work with Delivery leaders to model team structure and resource strategies for new engagements.
  • Evaluate channel partnerships with PE firms, consulting firms, and GPOs.
  • Negotiate contracts aligning customer expectations with company objectives.
  • Implement change management and review systems to monitor progress.
  • Drive profitable growth by increasing revenue, gross margin, and contribution income within the workforce solutions division.
  • Develop metrics to measure the success of company initiatives.
  • Align division goals with overall company objectives to maximize growth, profitability, and ROI on product development.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of workforce solutions experience.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and process control.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with internal and external clients.
  • Integrity-based judgment and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Company equipment such as laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, and headsets will be provided for use during employment.
