Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager Business Services Sales & Performance to lead the execution and performance of the Business Banking sales function.

You will drive team results across business development, pipeline management, portfolio management, and member service, while developing officers into disciplined relationship managers who deepen deposits, treasury management, and partner solutions.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead a sales team with clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and results.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities.
• Working knowledge of business deposits, treasury, credit, and lending products.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, coaches, and holds Business Banking Officers accountable for originating and deepening business relationships.
• Establishes a consistent sales-management cadence with pipeline reviews and coaching.
• Assesses knowledge gaps and coordinates targeted development in consultative selling and relationship planning.
• Builds a collaborative sales culture focused on accountability and member service.
• Develops territory, segment, and campaign strategies using market data and performance analytics.
• Represents Logix in the business community and coordinates with Marketing on outreach and education.
