Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager to lead a team, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional service. You will recruit and coach staff, manage operations, and cultivate relationships with small business clients and partners.

You will oversee loan activity, ensure compliance, and contribute to community engagement while maintaining high customer satisfaction and staff development in a dynamic regional bank.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred or equivalent.
• Two to four years of management experience.
• NMLS registration/licensing required or pursued after employment.
• Occasional travel for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all goals, service, marketing and operations of the banking center.
• Educate staff on bank resources, including digital capabilities.
• Hold regular staff meetings on time management, policies, and performance.
• Recruit, train, develop, evaluate and coach staff to meet expectations.
• Grow small business banking relationships through outreach and partnerships.
• Oversee consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
