Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation.
• Ability to apply rigorous analytical techniques to develop recommendations for key business decisions.
• Able to produce organized, clear, and concise presentations for leadership evaluation.
• Research and analyze the impact of complex business issues related to Trade goals.
• Adept at business intelligence and collaboration.
• Growth mindset and ability to develop self and others.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and assessment of key strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities to generate customer savings and margin.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to document stakeholder needs and build solutions.
• Synthesizes data into actionable summaries and presents to senior leaders.
• Extracts data, develops analytic and financial models, and monitors results of initiatives.
• Mentors others across the team on various topics.
• Supports process improvement, modeling, contract evaluation, and reporting projects.
