Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in analytics or strategy
• 5+ years of experience with pharmacy claims data
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data mining and data manipulation
• Ability to present complex analyses to executives

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback
• Independently identify new business opportunities to save costs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet stakeholder needs
• Analyze data and present to senior leaders with clear insights
• Develop analytic and financial models and monitor results
• Mentor team members on analytics topics
• Support process improvement, modeling, and reporting projects
