You will collaborate with internal and external partners to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

We value 10+ years of experience, advanced analytics and data manipulation, and the ability to present complex results clearly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation.
• Ability to apply rigorous analytical techniques to develop recommendations for key business decisions.
• Able to produce organized, clear, and concise presentations for leadership evaluation.
• Research and analyze the impact of complex business issues related to Trade goals.
• Adept at business intelligence.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and assessment of strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies new business opportunities to generate savings and margin opportunities.
• Works with internal teams and external partners to meet stakeholder needs.
• Analyzes complex data and presents to senior leaders.
• Extract data, develop analytic and financial models, and monitor results of initiatives.
• Assist in training and mentoring others across the team.
• Support process improvement and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
