CVS Health is seeking a Director of Business Analytics to drive rebate and margin optimization strategies. You will analyze data, synthesize insights, and present recommendations to executive leaders in an agile environment.

The role requires deep pharmacy data experience, advanced analytics skills, and collaboration with internal teams and partners. Bloomington, MN or Northbrook, IL preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation.
• Ability to apply rigorous analytical techniques to develop recommendations for key business decisions.
• Able to produce organized, clear, and concise presentations for leadership.
• Research and analyze the impact of complex business issues related to Trade goals.
• Adept at business intelligence and collaboration.
• Adept at growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and assessment of strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities to generate savings and margin opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to document needs and build solutions.
• Analyzes complex data and communicates actionable summaries to senior leaders.
• Extracts data, develops analytic and financial models, and monitors results.
• Mentors others across the team on various topics.
• Supports process improvement, contract evaluation, and reporting projects.
