Job description

The Director of Business Analysis will lead Analytics efforts and a team of Business Analysts in support of ongoing operations and implementations.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the Business Analytics Team ensuring shared services programs and systems are properly supported
  2. Serve as Subject Matter Lead, responsible for the most up to date knowledge of system uses
  3. Serve as main point of contact for internal business customers for project analysis requests
  4. Support critical business strategies by monitoring the overall development, implementation and maintenance of the customer's business application systems
  5. Work with internal groups and managers to ensure proper resources are available and assigned to meet project deliverables and timelines
  6. Assist and advise analyst staff in creating and maintaining business requirements, process flows, and use cases (day in the life flows) which support the development of system application.
  7. Assist IT implementation projects
  8. Build business process expertise and develop best practices
  9. Identify, remain current and expand system knowledge beyond current state with the goal of offering the best solutions to the organization and external clients
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelors Degree
  2. 10-12 years experience
Education and Experience Requirements

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

- Some travel required.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 10 years gathering business requirements.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of healthcare management experience.
  3. Proficiency with the SAFe framework.
  4. Proficiency with MS Office to include Visio and Project.
  5. Experience with Traceability Matrix.
