Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, Washington, seeks a Manager, Building Experience and Workplace Services to lead facilities operations, manage a team, and ensure reliable service delivery across corporate locations, including travel to Everett as needed.

You will oversee maintenance programs, vendor performance, space planning, employee experience initiatives, and front-desk coordination, partnering with the Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive facilities management experience overseeing multi-site operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Concur, Jira, Lobby Track, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and maintenance for facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and uninterrupted business operations.
• Manage comprehensive maintenance programs by supervising Facilities Technicians and staff, overseeing work priorities and repairs.
• Coordinate routine inspections to ensure safety, health, accessibility, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee service delivery and vendor performance, reviewing work and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Travel to Everett and other locations to support operational needs.
• Support workplace planning and space mapping in collaboration with stakeholders.
