Zusammenfassung

TerraPower is seeking a motivated Facilities Day Porter Assistant to support daily operations at our Bellevue and Everett offices in Washington. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, assisting with events, mail handling, and general facilities support across both locations.

You will work 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, help with weekly and daily cleaning tasks, and participate in Emergency Response Team activities.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of porter or facilities support experience.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Reliable and flexible with varying hours (6:30 AM–5:30 PM).
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve, adapt, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and respectful collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including conference rooms and breakrooms.
• Perform routine cleaning of appliances such as refrigerators, coffee machines, and microwaves.
• Support Facilities and Administrative teams with building-related requests and upkeep.
• Stock and organize supplies in common areas and break rooms.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with ordering supplies and food.
• Perform light janitorial duties including trash removal and spill cleanup.
• Assist with deep-cleaning initiatives and event coordination including catering setup.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages and assist with inter-office shipments.
• Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
