Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, public administration, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in budget administration, financial management, fiscal operations, or a related area.
• Experience supervising staff or providing management oversight is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Responsabilités

• Oversee division-wide fiscal operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, internal controls, and financial performance.
• Direct the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of the URD and Long Beach State Foundation budgets.
• Partner with Division HR Services Manager on salary forecasting, staffing budget development, and personnel resource planning.
• Oversee administrative operations including hoteling and space coordination, office resource needs, and student assistant coverage
