Job summary

The Brazoria County Opportunity Youth Reconnection Network is seeking a dynamic Director to unite schools, workforce partners, nonprofits, and public agencies around reconnecting youth ages 16–24 with education, training, and employment pathways.

You will guide the Strategic Roadmap and Five-Year Plan, build durable partnerships, advocate for youth voice, and ensure data-driven improvements that advance economic mobility across Brazoria County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in education, workforce development, youth development, nonprofit leadership, public administration, economic development, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, multi-partner initiatives and building trusted partnerships in Brazoria County is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Network's Strategic Roadmap and Five-Year Implementation Plan.
• Build and sustain partnerships across schools, workforce organizations, employers, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and public agencies.
• Ensure youth voice and lived experience help shape the Network's work; use data to identify gaps and improve services.
• Develop sustainability strategies and help identify grants, philanthropic support, and other resources.
