Job summary

Development Authority of Bryan County is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead existing industry programs and develop future industry partnerships. You will work with the CEO to oversee outreach, workforce development, marketing coordination, and grant administration, with responsibilities including budgets, data management, and board support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Admin, Marketing, Economic Development or related).
• 5–7 years in leadership roles in economic development, workforce development, business development/retention or marketing/PR preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required; valid driver's license and ability to secure within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead existing industry program outreach, visitation, and quarterly check-ins.
• Coordinate with marketing to share news and milestones on social channels.
• Oversee workforce development programs and grants; oversee data and budgets.
• Provide board support, prepare reports, and manage project plans and schedules.
