Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities and problems through root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and secure buy-in to implement changes.
• Own and optimize performance of an assigned capability or business area, including securing tools, resources, and funding.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-complexity initiatives with broad impact across the line of business.
