Job summary

uBriGene Biosciences is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing with a strong technical background in ATMP CDMO to lead marketing and sales support in North America. You will drive tactical and strategic initiatives, oversee web presence, SEO, campaigns, and BD materials, and coordinate conference visibility.

You will manage a NA team, collaborate with regional directors, and develop product launch materials while tracking marketing analytics and CRM to optimize lead conversion.

Qualifications

• MS in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology required; PhD a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ATMP CDMO background.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing strategy and activities in North America.
• Oversee website optimization and relaunch efforts.
• Manage SEO, marketing communications and email campaigns.
• Coordinate materials for BD and sales (slides, brochures, web pages).
• Represent company at scientific conferences and tradeshows.
• Organize webinars and training series for customers.

• Train and manage NA marketing team; recruit and retain staff.
• Analyze marketing data, CRM pipelines and lead tracking.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Associate Director of Marketing with technical background and ATMP CDMO experience to lead and manage and execute marketing and sales support strategy and activities in the north America to achieve company goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tactical marketing

• Oversee and implement the ongoing optimization to improve the performance the company website including relaunch and optimization of websites;

• Manage website page SEO optimization;

• Lead and implement marketing communications and email campaigns;

• Oversee and implement strong company presence in scientific conferences and tradeshows;

• Oversee and implement the design and preparation of materials supporting BD and sales team including Power Point slides; brochures and web pages;

• Manage and launch the webinar training series for customers;

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, statements of work, presentations, and project summaries.

• Participate in scientific discussions and technical presentations with customers.

• Strategic marketing

• Prepare new product launch materials including web page content and brochures;

• Manage the training of new products for sales and BD teams;

• Marketing analytics and sales tracking

• Prepare website analytics reports for ongoing monitoring and performance benchmark.

• Prepare digital marketing reports from email marketing and social media and google advertisement for tracking marketing performance and lead conversion

• Prepare CRM tracking for pipeline monitoring and account/lead upkeep and updates.

• Team training and coordination

• Coordinate with Directors of Marketing in other regions to achieve alignment and synergy;

• Recruit and retain and train marketing team members in the North America.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• M.S. degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field required. Ph.D a plus;

• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

• Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

• Strong background in ATMP CDMO business;

• Well organized, able to manage multiple projects at a time

• Adaptability, flexibility, resilience and independent working skills
