Job summary

Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director for Assay and Platform Technologies to define and execute the immunoassay platform strategy.

You will oversee four sub-teams spanning platform areas, guiding cross‑functional collaborations from concept to commercial success. You will drive portfolio governance, resource decisions, and platform adoption aligned with R&D objectives and customer needs, while mentoring sub-team leaders and shaping the future of translational immunoassay

Qualifications

Ph.D. in life sciences with strong peer‑reviewed publications.
10+ years related experience with 8+ years of direct people management.
Experience leading platform development from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

Define and execute immunoassay platform strategy and portfolio.
Lead four sub-teams across immunoassay platforms and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
Oversee platform roadmap, resource planning, and budget management.
Engage with biopharma, BD, and field teams to align platform development with commercial needs.
Develop and mentor platform leaders and build a strong talent pipeline.
