Job summary

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead the Salem behavioral health clinic. The role oversees operations, clinical practice, quality management, and contract administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and integration with other agency programs.

The position requires a master's in social work or related field, LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure, and at least five years of post-graduate management experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in mental health and substance abuse program management.
• Licensed independent clinical social worker or equivalent (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of behavioral health services, including clinic operations in Salem, MA.
• Manage behavioral health contracts with DCF and other funding agencies.
• Hire, supervise, and terminate clinic staff, including clinicians and psychiatrists.
• Provide performance feedback, conduct annual appraisals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop community outreach and referral networks and manage clinical intake operations.
