Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston in Salem, MA, seeks a Director of Clinical Services to oversee behavioral health operations, including the outpatient clinic and DCF contracts, and to integrate clinical services with other agency programs. This role requires LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensing and a Master’s degree with 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, credentialing, quality assurance, budget oversight, and community outreach to generate referrals.

Qualifications

Independently licensed (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) with a master’s degree and 5+ years post graduate clinical leadership experience.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills; ability to supervise clinicians and staff.
Knowledge of state rules/regulations and third-party billing; crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Salem clinic and outpatient behavioral health services.
Supervise clinicians and psychiatrists; conduct regular team meetings and case conferences; ensure quality assurance.
Manage contracts with DCF and other funders; ensure regulatory documentation and credentialing.
Lead community outreach, referrals, and marketing of clinic services; monitor finances with business manager.
