Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston in Boston, MA seeks an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to lead a team of clinicians and peer specialists. You will supervise, mentor and oversee clinical operations, ensure quality, and collaborate with external agencies to support families and individuals in need.

Competenze

• Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) required.
• 3–5 years relevant program experience.
• Strong supervisory skills with 3+ years supervising in human services.
• Experience with substance addiction and knowledge of community resources.
• Background in home-based counseling and case management.
• Experience with Department of Children and Families programming, assessment, service planning, and case review.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records systems preferred.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic in Boston.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff clinicians and peer specialists.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with DCF and external funding agencies.
• Manage contracts with DCF and other agencies.
• Establish and maintain community partnerships to secure referrals.
• Provide monthly to weekly clinical supervision and participate in meetings.
• Review documentation to ensure HIPAA compliance and funding requirements.
• Prepare timely reports for funding agencies and manage timecards.
