Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Article 31, Article 32, OMH, and OASAS regulations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare compliance standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for both Article 31 and Article 32 outpatient clinics.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise department managers and multidisciplinary staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Prepare for and manage regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation activities.
• Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and quality of care.
• Partner with clinical leadership to optimize service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
